Send Joe a message.Growing up in a small town in the Mohawk Valley region of Central New York State, Joe spent a lot of time at his family's golf course and banquet facility developing a strong work ethic and managerial skills while learning to work with the public. Following graduation from Arizona State University in 2007 with a degree in Business Administration, he entered the real estate business and has never looked back. Joe specializes in residential and commercial investment properties and has the designation of a "professional in distressed properties" where he helps homeowners avoid foreclosure. As the leader of a team of real estate professionals, the Valley Dream Team, Joe works hard to ensure a buyer or seller for all your needs. In his free time, Joe likes to relax by playing golf and spending time with his family.

Bobbi Engle

Send Bobbi a message.Bobbi executes office administration for the Valley Dream Team and oversees the negotiations of Short Sales. Bobbi is deeply dedicated to exceeding client expectations for customer service in all aspects of dealings with any department within the Valley Dream Team. She has worked in a variety of business entities over her career, non-profits, hospitality, car dealerships, manufacturing and construction. Her strengths lie in unwavering work ethic, organization and communication. Bobbi jokes that she thinks in the world of Excel and enjoys creating systems that make projects efficient but also enjoyable. Bobbi is a NASCAR fan and league bowler, loving sports of all kinds. Bobbi grew up in Sheridan, Wyoming, moving to Arizona in 1995. She still loves the mountains and beautiful town she grew up in, but she much prefers the heat and sun of Arizona over the cold winters in the Rockies.

Send Chris a message.Chris was born and raised here in the valley. He grew up in the Arcadia area. His father was a mortgage broker and a real estate investor/developer. When Chris was younger he never fully understood the capacity and breadth of what his father did for him in regards to knowledge about his current career. After graduating from Arcadia High School in 2004 Chris had a few options as far as college was concerned. He chose to attend Arizona State University because Chris knew he loved this state. His family and friends are here and he can play golf year round. Four short years later Chris graduated with a Bachelor’s in Science in Business Administration. One of the accomplishments he prided himself in during his tenure at ASU, was that Chris received his real estate license while still attending ASU. Chris knew it would be a great tool to have. Since then, Chris has never looked back. He loves working with buyers, especially first time home buyers. He communicates and understands their wants and needs and always puts them first. Chris is extremely proud to be part of the Valley Dream Team.
